Card games will be in the hotel ballroom on Saturday from 11am to 1pm
**NO cooler, can bring tents and chairs**
A memorial service for all the people that has passed from 1969 to Now, we are putting a DVD together that will be from 9am to 9:30am
Service will be from 9:30a to 10:30a

Vendor fee of $100 for those interested in renting space at Dunbar field. Vendors can sell at First Colony Parking Lot on Friday & Sunday.

Payments may be made separately for Friday and/or Saturday night dances. If you are unable to or choose not to pay in full, half payments will be due by April 15, 2024 and all payments (infull) must be received by June15, 2024. After June 30th my P.O. Box will be closed for the Lynchburg Day
Family Reunion Celebration. Do not send anything in the mail, only
